Formerly a banking operations officer at CAL Bank, I founded Duapa Werkspace in 2020 to tackle youth unemployment in Ghana's Western region. Leveraging experience from Reach4Change and Founder Institute Ghana, I led the successful implementation of SNV Ghana’s GrEEn Incubation program, guiding 22 entrepreneurs in adopting circular economy solutions. Many of these SMEs have secured funding, expanding their operations and creating jobs. I also coach entrepreneurs through GIZ Widu, which provides funding and capacity building. My banking background facilitated the development of SikaSoft Software, used by over 30 non-bank financial institutions. Committed to social entrepreneurship, I've been empowering youth since 2013 through initiatives like IT4Teens.
