With hands-on experience from internships, national service, and apprenticeships in reputable institutions like the Ghana Armed Forces and Urstee Designs, she has developed a solid foundation in garment construction, design, and client service. Gladys holds a Degree and HND in Fashion Design and Technology from Takoradi Technical University and is recognized for her creativity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. She is particularly interested in combining fashion with community development, using her skills to inspire and train the next generation of creatives. Her vision is to establish a fashion brand that not only sets trends but also creates sustainable employment opportunities for young people in Ghana.
