The IT4Teens program at Duapa Werkspace introduces teenagers to coding and technology, fostering early interest and skills in tech careers. By offering engaging, hands-on learning experiences, this program aims to inspire the next generation of tech innovators.

Core Problem: Low engagement and skills in technology among teenagers.

  • Causes: Lack of exposure to tech education, insufficient resources, and limited mentorship.
  • Effects: Limited career opportunities in tech, lower innovation, and skills gap in the workforce.

By providing early exposure and hands-on experience in coding and technology, we can spark interest and build foundational skills in teenagers. This will lead to a more skilled workforce, increased innovation, and better career opportunities in the tech industry.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Teenagers aged 13-19 with an interest in technology.
  • Basic understanding of computers and digital literacy.
  • Commitment to full participation in the program.
