The Skills & Employability Roadshow officially kicked off yesterday, 22 September 2026, at Duapa Werkspace in Takoradi, bringing together students, young jobseekers and graduates for a day of practical career development and employability training.

Sessions covered job search strategies, personal branding, CV preparation, and what employers look for when assessing potential candidates.
Beyond the presentations, the day created room for engaging conversations, questions and practical learning as participants explored how to better position themselves for employment and career opportunities.
It was a day of learning, reflection and preparation — equipping young people with the knowledge and confidence to take the next step in their career journey.
Day 1 was just the beginning. The roadshow continues with more practical sessions on digital skills, cybersecurity and AI.
The Skills & Employability Roadshow is organised in collaboration with Duapa Werkspace and the Africa Center for Digital Transformation (ACDT), with support from partners including GIZ Ghana.
