On Friday, February 21, 2025, Duapa Werkspace hosted a session on Product Development Insights as part of the Youth Innovation Circles (YIC) 2025 program.
Led by Erasmus Mensah-Ackon, Founder and CEO of Duapa Werkspace, the session provided emerging entrepreneurs with a comprehensive framework covering every stage of product development—from idea generation and market reach to concept development and validation, prototyping and MVP creation, product testing, and the formulation of effective go-to-market strategies, product launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
This engaging session equipped entrepreneurs with critical insights and practical tools, empowering them to enhance their product development strategies and confidently face the competitive business landscape.
The YIC program is an initiative implemented by the HapaSpace Collaborative Hub with funding and support from the Mastercard Foundation and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It’s through sessions like these that Duapa Werkspace continues to encourage young innovators to navigate the tough business world and achieve lasting success.
